Products and Services

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. Live animals (fish, corals, invertebrates) are subject to natural variation in color, size, and availability.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds.

Live Animal Policy

Live fish, corals, and invertebrates are sold as-is at the time of purchase. While we quarantine our animals and take great care in their health, we cannot guarantee survival after they leave our store, as we have no control over your tank conditions.

We recommend:

• Testing your water parameters before purchasing
• Proper acclimation techniques
• Quarantine for new additions when possible
• Researching species compatibility before purchase

In-Store Policies

Returns and Exchanges

Equipment and supplies in unused, unopened condition may be returned within 14 days with receipt for store credit or exchange. Live animals cannot be returned, but we encourage you to bring in water samples if you're experiencing issues so we can help troubleshoot.

Water Testing Service

Our free water testing service is provided as a courtesy. While we strive for accuracy, test results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional laboratory analysis.
